Privacy
Swelik stores uploaded mockups, project names, filenames, image dimensions, file sizes and dates to provide shareable previews. No account is required.
Unlisted, not confidential
Previews are unlisted and marked not to be indexed. Anyone possessing a public URL may access and download its mockup. Do not upload sensitive information. Search engines are asked not to index previews, but we cannot control third-party sharing.
Your private management link
Anyone with a management link can change or delete its preview. Keep it private. We store a digest of the management token, not the token itself. Without your private link, anonymous ownership cannot be recovered.
Optional Figma import
If you use Figma import, Swelik uses the design link, selected frame and personal access token you provide to request an export from Figma. The token is not saved in the project database or included in the client preview. Safe application diagnostics exclude tokens and signed export URLs. The resulting PDF is stored under the same preview retention rules as uploaded files. Importing does not create an automatic synchronization connection. You can instead export a PDF yourself and upload it without providing a Figma token.
Storage and expiration
Files are stored on the service’s configured file or object storage. Previews expire according to the retention period shown when you upload. Deletion and expiration disable access through Swelik; storage cleanup may follow later. Copies already downloaded by other people cannot be recalled.
Technical information
Swelik retains original files, optimized previews, thumbnails and version history until the project is deleted or expires. Comments and review events include the supplied reviewer name, message, version and date. Public feedback is visible to people with the preview link; historical feedback is available to the owner and administrators.
Your browser can remember your reviewer name in local storage. Admin sign-in uses an HTTP-only session cookie. Contact messages, including the supplied email address, are stored privately for administrators; the contact form does not send automated email.
Basic technical metadata may be logged to operate and secure the service. IP-derived identifiers are used temporarily for rate limiting. Hosting providers may maintain their own technical logs. When the operator enables advertising, third-party ad providers may receive your IP address and browser information and may use their own cookies or tracking technologies. Ads run in isolated frames, without access to management links or the main page. Blog articles and HTML design previews may load images, fonts and styles from external HTTPS providers. Those providers receive the visitor’s IP address and browser information; preview asset requests do not include a referrer.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to our public marketing and blog pages. Google receives technical information such as browser and device information and may store analytics cookies. We send the public page path without query strings or fragments, and do not send referring URLs, uploaded designs, management tokens, form contents or preview page visits. Advertising is separate from this analytics preference. You can decline analytics or change your preference below. Declining stops future analytics loading; previously collected data is not recalled and existing cookies can be removed in your browser settings.
Control your preview
Use your private management link to rename, replace or delete your mockup. The original file is preserved, so remove any sensitive embedded metadata before uploading.
