By using Swelik, you agree to use it responsibly to upload and share design mockups.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content. You must have permission to upload and share it. You grant the service permission to store and deliver the file solely to operate the preview service.

Prohibited use

Do not upload malware, illegal material, content that violates third-party rights, or private information without permission. Abusive automated uploads, attempts to evade limits, and interference with the service are prohibited.

Links and retention

Public links can be accessed by anyone who has them. You are responsible for protecting private management links and keeping backups of your work. Projects may expire or be removed. Swelik is not an archival or backup service.

Service availability

Review names are self-reported. Approve Design and Request Changes record workflow decisions for a specific version; they do not verify identity or provide an electronic-signature service. Do not impersonate another reviewer or submit abusive feedback. Administrators may hide abusive comments.

The service is provided as available. Availability, uninterrupted access and suitability for a particular purpose are not guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and misuse

Features, limits and terms may change. Access may be restricted to prevent abuse or to meet legal obligations.
